TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who we are

labiux.com is operated by Labiux OÜ, registry code 17523073, a private limited company registered in Estonia. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms mean Labiux OÜ.

2. What this page covers

These terms cover your use of labiux.com itself and the introductory contact and discovery-call process. They do not cover paid engagements. If you go ahead with a project, we will agree a separate written contract that sets the scope, timeline, fees, intellectual-property rights and any other terms specific to your project. That contract takes precedence over these terms for the work covered by it.

3. Using the site

You may browse the site, read the case studies and submit the contact form on the basis that:

• You are at least 16 years old, or have permission from a guardian.
• You submit accurate information.
• You do not attempt to attack, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the site.
• You do not use the site to send anything unlawful, defamatory or harmful.

We may rate-limit or block traffic that breaches these basic conditions.

4. Discovery calls

Booking a discovery call through this site does not create a contract between us. The call is exploratory: we learn what you need, you learn how we work, and we both decide whether to take the conversation further. We may decline to take a project for any reason, including capacity, fit or conflict of interest.

5. Intellectual property on labiux.com

The labiux.com site, including its design, copy, code, brand marks and case-study content, is the property of Labiux OÜ unless attributed to a third party (for example client logos and screenshots, which remain the property of their respective owners and appear with permission). You may link to the site freely. You may not reproduce or republish substantial parts of it without our written permission.

6. Case-study content

Screenshots, statistics and project narratives shown on /portfolio and /case/* describe work delivered for our clients. Numbers reflect the state of the project at the time we published it; live sites continue to evolve and may now differ. Where a client has asked us not to disclose specific figures, we omit them.

7. Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the site accurate, secure and available, but we provide it "as is" and make no warranties beyond those required by Estonian and EU consumer-protection law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site itself. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data submitted through the site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute about them or the use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms as the site or our practice evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
